Privacy notice

Who we are

Digital Servants operates this website and the game Storm of Retribution. The studio mainly works from the United Kingdom and Romania. Storm of Retribution is intended for a worldwide Steam release. Contact: contact@digitalservants.co.uk.

What we collect

Email you send us — messages to contact@digitalservants.co.uk (press, partnership, newsletter requests, general contact).
Newsletter signup — if you ask to subscribe, the address and consent wording you used, so we can send development and demo updates.
Server logs — standard hosting logs (IP, user agent, requested URL, time) for security and reliability. Retention follows the host's defaults unless we configure otherwise.

We do not currently run advertising pixels or a third-party analytics script on this site.

Why we use it

To reply to you, send newsletter updates you requested, keep the site secure, and improve reliability. Marketing email is only sent when you clearly ask for the newsletter.

Sharing and transfers

Email and hosting may pass through our web host and email providers as processors. We do not sell your information. If we connect a managed newsletter service, its privacy notice will also apply to subscriber data. Because we work across the United Kingdom and Romania, and because Steam and some processors may handle data outside those countries, information you send us can be processed internationally as needed to run the site, reply to you, and distribute the game worldwide.

Your choices

Email contact@digitalservants.co.uk to access, correct or delete contact data we hold, or to stop newsletter messages. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe route once a managed list is connected.
